Investment Properties - Brokerage
Responsibilities :
- To generate and execute business in the acquisition or disposition of investment and development properties on behalf of investment and development clients, and to take responsibility for the profitability of the Department.
- To service existing clients, nurture client relationship and cultivate repeat business and referrals.
- To build a track record as leading local market or cross-border players. Business generating activities include but are not limited to: developing local market and cross-border contacts, conceptualizing and making marketing pitches, market research, investigative legwork, tapping media information and word of mouth, cultivating existing client relationships, effective follow-up of client databases.
Job Requirements :
- Fluent spoken and written English (Preferable)
- Competent writing skills and an analytical mind. Especially, the ability to articulate and encapsulate in a summary the risks and returns of property being considered for acquisition or disposal and to set out a financial summary of returns expected from the course of actions chosen.
- Essential educational or professional qualifications necessary for successful job performance.
- Sound knowledge of the methodology of property investment analysis would be a definite advantage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate field
Industrial & Logistics Services
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Industrial and Logistics Services;
- Drive sales by providing industrial property information and introducing listings to existing and new clients;
- Build and maintain relationships with purchasers, tenants, landlords and vendors;
- Create and generate property listings;
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions;
- Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients; and
- Proactively lead land search initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least three years’ working experience in property sales and leasing;
- Possess a strong understanding and interest in real estate markets;
- Fluent spoken and written English and Korean;
- Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges;
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Manager.
