In this role, he’s responsible for developing and integrating a focused sales strategy to drive the integration and adoption of CBRE’s Suite of Enablement Technologies in region. Nik’s initial focus is on CBRE’s proprietary 3D technologies, Floored Build and Plans. His role will take on new technology and products over time to further grow ‘Digital Sales’ in Asia.
Nik’s built a strong career in real estate across the US and Asia-Pacific. After graduating from a leading New England liberal arts college, he worked in New York City focusing on business development at a commercial real estate firm and a financial information provider.
In May 2014, Nik moved to Hong Kong to establish the real estate business for S&P Global Market Intelligence (formerly SNL Financial). After successfully building relationships with major banks and international investment managers, Nik joined CBRE in June 2016 as a Sales & Analytics Strategist in the Asset Services business line. Managing some of the most signature assets in Asia Pacific, he joined a team dedicated to the delivery of high quality property asset management services designed to enhance the value of a client’s property investment returns.
Since January 2018, Nik’s taken on a new role at CBRE as Director, Digital Solutions, Asia to introduce and integrate digital products across the business at various stages of the client life-cycle. This appointment comes as technology’s role as a competitive differentiator in commercial real estate is growing exponentially. Nik’s appointment unifies our portfolio of tools under CBRE Vantage and reinforces our market leading position in real estate technology.
