The last quarter of 2018 saw total absorption of 53,960 sqm, up sharply (+74.4%) from the previous quarter. An excellent performance for the whole of 2018 with 167,808 sqm.
The number of transactions in the quarter came to 35, up from 31 in the previous quarter.
Prime rents were stable in the CBD at 420 Euro per sqm per year and in the EUR at 340 sqm per year.
The Centre and the EUR were once again the most dynamic areas with around 76% of the transactions of the whole year. The EUR Laurentina sub-market performed excellently with around 33,000 sqm (+313% on 2017).
A record performance for investment which totalled approximately786.5 million Euro and prime yields are stable at 3.90%.
