CBRE Appoints Chris Bone to Lead Project Management for Texas-Oklahoma Region

CBRE announces that Chris Bone has been appointed to lead Project Management as Senior Managing Director for the Texas-Oklahoma region.
A seasoned industry veteran with 25 years of corporate real estate experience, Mr. Bone will oversee all Project Management activities in the region, including the growth of CBRE’s third party opportunities while continuing to work with both occupier and investor clients.
“Chris’ 10-year tenure as a leader at CBRE, as well as significant client-side experience in corporate real estate, uniquely qualifies him to lead our Project Management organization in the region,” said Sean Goff, Executive Managing Director, Americas Project Management. “His strong technical expertise, proven track-record of success and client relationship skills will drive exceptional outcomes for our clients.”
Mr. Bone most recently led CBRE’s Global Corporate Facilities organization where he was responsible for implementing the company's Workplace360 strategy and managed the company’s global corporate real estate portfolio. His development, transaction and strategic management experience includes previous roles with FedEx Kinko’s and AT&T. Mr. Bone is a graduate of Texas A&M University and will remain in Dallas.
