CBRE Brokers $22.4 Million Sale of School Road Medical Center in Frisco, CO

CBRE announced the $22.4 million sale of the School Road Medical Center in Frisco, Colo. Chris Bodnar, Lee Asher, Ryan Lindsley, Jordan Selbiger, Sabrina Solomiany and Zack Holderman with CBRE U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets represented the seller, Development Solutions Group.
School Road Medical Center is a two-story, 30,000-sq.-ft. medical office building anchored by Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center, and Centura Health. The facility provides full orthopedic care for sports and trauma injuries, joint replacement and stem cell therapy, physical therapy, and an imaging suite with x-ray and MRI capabilities. The outpatient center is less than two miles from St. Anthony Summit Medical Center.

The property is located at 68 School Road in Summit County, which, in addition to Frisco, includes the mountain communities of Breckenridge, Silverthorne and Keystone, among others. School Road Medical Center is approximately one hour west of metro Denver along Interstate 70.
