CBRE New Zealand Named World’s Best Property Consultancy

12월 6, 2018

CBRE New Zealand has been named the World’s Best Property Consultancy at the prestigious International Property Awards 2018.

At the IPAX Global Awards Gala held at The Savoy Hotel in London on Monday 3 December 2018, CBRE New Zealand was first named Best Property Consultancy in Asia Pacific, competing against high calibre property companies in the region to win this accolade for the second time.

As the Asia Pacific winner, CBRE New Zealand then triumphed against the other regional winners from Africa, Arabia, Canada, Central and South America, Europe and the United Kingdom to be named World’s Best, the second time the company has won the ultimate award.

Andrew Stringer, Senior Managing Director of CBRE New Zealand, said, “To be named the World’s Best Property Consultancy is a phenomenal achievement and we are extremely proud and honoured to win this esteemed award. Our professionals work hard every day to deliver the best real estate services to our clients and this recognition is a testament to their efforts.”

The International award is the culmination of a process that that began when CBRE New Zealand was named Best Property Consultancy in New Zealand earlier this year. CBRE New Zealand’s submission exceeded the criteria set, based on a company overview, marketing collateral, business services offered and the innovation of the company on a local level.

The awards were accepted on behalf of CBRE New Zealand by Claire Wu, Head of Residential China Desk in the company’s Henrietta House office in London.

This is the second year running that CBRE’s Pacific business has taken out top honours, with CBRE Australia named the World’s Best at last year’s International Property Awards.

Founded in 1993, the International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is recognised as a symbol of excellence globally.
