CBRE Strengthens East Bay Occupier Practice with New Senior Vice President in Oakland

CBRE announced that Daniel Bisabri has joined its Oakland office as a Senior Vice President with Advisory & Transaction Services. Mr. is recognized as a top broker who specializes in representing companies based in the San Francisco East Bay with their office and R&D expansion planning, strategy development, lease negotiation and restructuring, corporate financial consulting and transaction management.
“Daniel is well-known in the industry for his work with privately held, homegrown East Bay companies. He understands how to help firms scale and will enhance our Occupier Services practice, especially during these trying times when companies are in need of strategic guidance,” stated Trevor Thorpe, Managing Director of CBRE’s Oakland office.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. spent 13 years with Cushman & Wakefield in Oakland, most recently as Executive Director, where he was a top producer in the East Bay market. In this role, his clients ranged from high-growth startups to corporate occupiers, representing a variety of industries, including life science, biotech, technology and engineering. Some of his most-notable deals include representing Pivot Bio, a Berkeley-based ag-tech company, in 115,000 sq. ft. of laboratory, R&D, greenhouse and office facilities over the past 18 months; Lonza Biologics with its expansion of 50,000 sq. ft. of R&D and laboratory facilities in Hayward in 2018; and Turnitin with its 50,000-sq.-ft. headquarters lease in Oakland in 2015.
