John Christenbury comes to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield

Charlotte, N.C. (July 20, 2020) – CBRE is pleased to announce that John Christenbury has joined the firm as a senior vice president within the firm’s Occupier Services group. Mr. Christenbury is consistently a multi-million-dollar producer, where he focuses on office tenant representative services in the Charlotte market. He was named the number two broker in the city of Charlotte for Tenant Representatives in 2019 by the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors.  Mr. Christenbury is also known for his tech expertise in real estate and represents several Fortune 500 and companies and local technology companies in the market.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Christenbury served as a director at Cushman & Wakefield, initially starting at that firm in 2014. He is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. 

Additionally, Mr. Christenbury is currently a mentor and board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Charlotte and a board member for CoreNet Carolinas. He is also a member of the Good Fellows Club, and recently founded the Technology Executive Roundtable Charlotte Chapter.
