On Heels of Ent Credit Union Opening The Shops at Four Mile Creek Prepares to Welcome Gordmans

Following the recent opening of Ent Credit Union, CBRE announced today that Gordmans will soon join The Shops at Four Mile Creeka 65,000-sq.-ft. retail center located at 127 Justice Center Road in Cañon City, Colo. Gordmans, a national off-price department store, will replace Bealls with an opening scheduled for May 2020.

The Shops at Four Mile Creek sits at the intersection of Highway 50 and Justice Center Road with daily traffic counts in excess of 19,000 vehicles. There is also a large employee base within walking distance of the property.


Originally built in 2004, the property owner, Westside Investment Partners of Denver, has completed significant upgrades to the shopping center, including façade, roof and parking lot improvements. The center now offers over 400 parking spaces.

The Shops at Four Mile Creek has suites currently available for lease adaptable to a wide range of uses with high ceilings and sizes from 300 sq. ft. to 4,500 sq. ft, including a 2,000-sq.-ft. restaurant space with a drive-through window.


Cañon City is located about 45 miles southwest of Colorado Springs and 25 miles northwest of Pueblo. The city is known for its river rafting, numerous parks, hiking, canyons and the famous Royal Gorge Bridge and train ride.
