- CBRE announces the launch of Corporate Coverage, a new service line offering integrated solutions and strategic services via a dedicated team spanning all real estate sectors, for the first time in Korea
- Offering comprehensive solutions from initial assessment to strategy and implementation, leveraging CBRE’s expertise across all real estate asset classes and services both domestically and across CBRE’s global platform
January 22, 2024 (Seoul) – CBRE, a global commercial real estate services company, announced the launch of Korea's first dedicated corporate real estate service, known as Corporate Coverage.
This service, until now not offered by any other provider in Korea, places a dedicated team of corporate real estate experts at the disposal of our largest, most important Korean clients. The team will offer a full suite of professional real estate services, previously rendered through multiple departmental channels, via a single, dedicated point of contact.
This new team will operate as an extension of our clients’ in-house real estate function, providing a single, dedicated point of contact, account leadership and governance, as well as performance management, to really drive value and ensure that our clients’ real estate strategy is fully aligned with their business objectives. Through Corporate Coverage our clients can access the full spectrum of CBRE’s market leading services and experts across both domestic and international commercial real estate consulting, project management, facilities management, leasing, acquisitions and disposals.

Previously, clients seeking various commercial real estate-related services had to liaise with departmental representatives individually. This fragmented approach complicated management, communication and decision making, thereby diminishing service efficiency. The newly introduced dedicated corporate real estate service addresses these customer pain points ensuring that their real estate portfolio becomes a competitive advantage.
To spearhead this important initiative, CBRE Korea has formed a dedicated team led by industry expert, Andy Park. Andy is recognized as a market leader by his peers in Korea and previously oversaw the CBRE A&T Business (Advisory & Transaction Services), covering office, retail, workplace strategy and data center solutions. Since joining CBRE Korea in 2004, Executive Director Park has successfully represented some of the largest and most well-known companies both in Korea and internationally, including LG CNS, E-mart, Coupang, SM Entertainment, Kakao, and Taepyongyang Law Firm.
Executive Director Park stated, "The domestic commercial real estate market now necessitates more comprehensive and strategic decision-making to enhance shareholder value. Conventional real estate services are no longer sufficient to address our clients' evolving needs. There's a pressing need for new services that resonate with the strategic business objectives of our corporate clients." He added, "Through Corporate Coverage, we aim to provide customers with the advanced integrated solutions they require while further solidifying CBRE’s position as the market leader and partner of choice, both in Korea and abroad."
